Ngaban-Dibolel.<\/strong> Revue africaine de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale et du management durable<\/em><\/strong> (ISSN\/ISSN-L 2756\u20117206) se donne pour champ de lecture et d\u2019analyse les actions pens\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer les diff\u00e9rents domaines socioprofessionnels, les d\u00e9cisions prises par les acteurs et actrices politiques pour engager les citoyen-ne-s \u00e0 construire le mieux-\u00eatre, la gestion efficiente du bien commun au niveau familial, social, entrepreneurial et (inter)continental, les m\u00e9canismes sociaux, juridiques, politiques et \u00e9conomiques qui participent \u00e0 (d\u00e9)construire l\u2019id\u00e9al d\u2019un village plan\u00e9taire, etc.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

La responsabilit\u00e9 et le management sont des notions anciennes qui ont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 le monde. En combinant les mots ngaban<\/em> (responsabilit\u00e9 en langue duala) et dibolel<\/em> (service en langue balong), il a \u00e9t\u00e9 question, avec cette revue, d\u2019ouvrir symboliquement un espace de dialogue o\u00f9 les diverses sensibilit\u00e9s scientifiques pourront exprimer leur entendement de l\u2019obligation sociale, mais \u00e9galement partager leur perception de la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 dans des champs aussi vari\u00e9s que les ressources naturelles et humaines, le vivre-ensemble, la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique, le d\u00e9veloppement communautaire, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des savoirs locaux, etc.<\/p>\r\n

Le principal objectif de Ngaban-Dibolel<\/em>, ouverte aux sciences humaines et sociales, est d\u2019appr\u00e9hender le constat selon lequel l\u2019humanit\u00e9 est condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 collaborer. Devrait-on n\u00e9cessairement essayer de modifier la vision du monde de l\u2019autre que l\u2019on per\u00e7oit tant\u00f4t comme l\u2019envahisseur, tant\u00f4t comme le partenaire hypocrite, tant\u00f4t comme un \u00eatre incapable de cr\u00e9er de la richesse? Dans un monde o\u00f9 les d\u00e9fis s\u00e9curitaires, alimentaires et \u00e9cologiques sont grandissants, comment participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de l\u2019alter ego<\/em> sans que celui-ci ne songe jamais \u00e0 rompre la collaboration, \u00e0 se retourner contre l\u2019ins\u00e9parable compagnon de route?<\/p>\r\n

Quel que soit le niveau de responsabilit\u00e9, les enjeux du management durable se posent entre autres sous fond de concr\u00e9tisation d\u2019un destin commun et du souci de pr\u00e9servation des valeurs par lesquels l\u2019humain et les peuples s\u2019autod\u00e9terminent. L\u2019impl\u00e9mentation du principe d\u2019int\u00e9gration devient donc une urgence et la r\u00e9flexion scientifique doit s\u2019en saisir. La revue Ngaban-Dibolel<\/em> se veut alors la plateforme qui rassemblera les contributions th\u00e9oriques et pragmatiques sur la gestion sociale responsable, l\u2019analyse des programmes et plans d\u2019action cens\u00e9s modifier les politiques publiques.<\/p>\r\n

Les approches interdisciplinaires seront privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es. Les auteurs et les autrices sont donc encourag\u00e9-e-s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats de travaux visant \u00e0 promouvoir les m\u00e9canismes de management durable et responsable susceptibles de profiter \u00e0 une entit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re ou \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans son ensemble. On pourra esp\u00e9rer que leur r\u00e9investissement accompagnera la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois, l\u2019augmentation de la richesse locale, la gestion rationnelle des ressources (temporelles, financi\u00e8res, humaines, spatiales, infra-structurelles) par l\u2019usage des technologies et proc\u00e9d\u00e9s socialement inclusifs et respectueux de l\u2019environnement, etc.<\/p>\r\n

La revue Ngaban\u2011Dibolel <\/em>est affili\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie pour la Recherche esur le D\u00e9veloppment Urbain etl\u2019Environnement (AREDUE). Cette affiliation s\u2019inscrit dans la perspective d\u2019une collaboration renforc\u00e9e entre acteurs de la recherche africaine et d\u2019un engagement commun pour l\u2019excellence scientifique et l\u2019impact soci\u00e9tal.<\/p>\r\n

Les textes propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la revue doivent \u00eatre soumis par le biais du formulaire du Grenier des savoirs<\/a>, que ce soit \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un appel \u00e0 contributions pour un dossier th\u00e9matique ou d\u2019un appel permanent\/varia. Pour les normes de pr\u00e9sentation, les autrices et auteurs se r\u00e9f\u00e9reront aux instructions qu\u2019ils et elles devront respecter scrupuleusement<\/a>. Diff\u00e9rents types de textes sont accept\u00e9s. Ngaban-Dibolel. African Journal of Social Responsibility and Sustainable Management<\/strong><\/em> (ISSN\/ISSN-L 2756\u20117206) <\/span>aims to read and analyse actions designed to improve the various socio-professional fields, decisions taken by political actors to engage citizens in building well-being, efficient management of the common good at the family, social, entrepreneurial and (inter)continental level, social, legal, political and economic mechanisms that contribute to (de)building the ideal of a global village, etc.<\/p>\r\n

Responsibility and management are ancient notions that have shaped the world. By combining Ngaban<\/em> (responsibility in the duala language) and Dibolel<\/em> (service in the Balong language), this review was intended to symbolically open a space for dialogue where the various scientific sensibilities can express their understanding of social obligation, but also share their perception of sustainability in fields as varied as natural and human resources, living together, economic cooperation, community development, integration of local knowledge, etc.<\/p>\r\n

The main objective of Ngaban-Dibolel<\/em>, open to the human and social sciences, is to understand the observation that humanity is condemned to collaborate. Should we necessarily try to change the world view of the other person who is sometimes perceived as the invader, sometimes as the hypocritical partner, sometimes as a being unable to create wealth? In a world where security, food and ecological challenges are growing, how can we participate in the development of the alter ego without the latter ever thinking of breaking off collaboration, of turning against the inseparable companion on the road?<\/p>\r\n

Whatever the level of responsibility, the challenges of sustainable management arise, among other things, against the backdrop of the realization of a common destiny and the concern to preserve the values by which humans and peoples determine themselves. The implementation of the principle of integration is therefore becoming an urgent matter and scientific reflection must address it. The Ngaban-Dibolel<\/em> review is then intended to be the platform that will bring together theoretical and pragmatic contributions on responsible social management, the analysis of programmes and action plans intended to change public policies.<\/p>\r\n

Interdisciplinary approaches will be favoured. Authors are therefore encouraged to present the results of work aimed at promoting sustainable and responsible management mechanisms that can benefit a particular entity or society as a whole. It is to be hoped that their reinvestment will be accompanied by job creation, increased local wealth, rational management of resources (temporal, financial, human, human, spatial, infrastructural) through the use of socially inclusive and environmentally friendly technologies and processes, etc.<\/p>\r\n

The Ngaban-Dibolel<\/em> journal is affiliated with the Academy for Research on Urban Development and the Environment (AREDUE). This affiliation reflects a commitment to strengthened collaboration among African research actors and a shared dedication to scientific excellence and societal impact.<\/p>\r\n

Texts proposed for review must be submitted using the Grenier des savoirs form<\/a>, whether following a call for contributions for a thematic dossier or a permanent\/varia call. For the presentation standards, the authors will refer to the instructions<\/a> they must scrupulously respect. Different types of texts are accepted.
